Transmisogynists (TERFs, bioessentialists, etc.; just anyone who doesn’t believe trans women are women and deserve access to all women’s spaces), proshippers, fascists, transandrophobia truthers, and lesbophobes (including MGA lesbians + supporters, etc., PLEASE look into why this label is bad) can get lost.
Please don’t follow me as well if you think exotic pets are okay under any circumstance and/or believe ANY animal should be exterminated completely (yes, this includes wasps, spiders, ticks and other parasites, mosquitoes, and other animals you might hate).
I want this to be a safe space, so yell at me if reblog from someone shitty, or if you need anything tagged.
If I make an untagged post, please don’t reblog it. I don’t usually tag stuff with don’t reblog and usually forget to turn off whether a post is rebloggable or not.
The basics:
I am mostly here to talk about animals and look at pictures of animals and animal people. Sometimes I complain about how other people talk about animals and ecosystems. Sometimes I just complain. Bear in mind I really like spiders and cockroaches and centipedes and other crawlies so if you don’t like those, this may not be a good blog to follow.
Have a good one!

Look, I think it is important that as many people as possible see these phenomenal photos of Melanobatrachus indicus, because they are damn rare, but truly spectacular.
If anyone wants to know my favourite frog, this is probably in the top five.

It’s 2023 and people are STILL insisting that bats are the species that COVID-19 came from, even though we have no idea where it came from, and that regardless of what animal it came from, the fault of the outbreak lies in humans, not any animal.
Going to try and spread this around some more because my teeth are getting progressively worse and the worse they get the more I’ll have to pay to get them fixed and replaced. No new donations for 25 days.
Please help if you can if that is by donating or just reblogging
Thank you 🙏🏾
Anyone have $5? Did not get paid from the job I had and don’t really know if I will.
Thanks in advance
